HEAT Basics are covered in Lessons 1, 2, and 3, in ‘Level 1’. The Level 1 lessons are:

Lesson 1: Adding activities manually and in bulk, and using Programme Titles.
Lesson 2: Adding students manually and in bulk, and attaching or adding students to activities.

Lesson 3: Running and using your Postcode Profiler.

The Level 1 lessons are designed for new Progression Officers as an overview of HEAT, but are also available to all as a resource to refer back to for guidance.

Data Cleaning is covered in the Data Cleaning module. The lessons are:

Contact Hours, Frequency and Exchanges: This gives an overview of what each field is, how it works, and most importantly, how to check for and amend incomplete data.

Student Total and Beneficiaries: This gives an overview of how the Student Total and Beneficiaries field interact and how to check for and amend incomplete data.

Duplicates: This covers what Student Duplicates are, how to find them, and how to amend them.
