Rob Smith (Head of Partnerships & Skills, Leeds College of Building) said: “We are really happy to be hosting the GHWY Teachers and Advisors Conference 2026. Any effort that goes towards increasing the understanding of diverse routes among those responsible for bridging the gap between Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) is essential. We/GHWY look forward to meeting colleagues from across the FE and HE landscape to provide insight into what options and opportunities are available to young people across generic higher education in West Yorkshire.”
What previous attendees said:
“Everyone who presented was brilliantly engaging and super knowledgeable. The content of the sessions was relevant and useful. The timings, organisation and catering were fab!”
“Good to see HE institutions working together.”
