This report explores the impact of Go Higher West Yorkshire’s Collaborative Subject Taster Days, which brought together higher education providers, industry professionals, and nearly 150 learners from underrepresented backgrounds. Through subject-specific events, learners gained valuable insights into higher education pathways and career opportunities in key industries. Findings highlight increased knowledge of HE options, career routes, and a strengthened sense of belonging for some participants. The report also offers recommendations to enhance future engagement and improve support for learners.
