New business start-up programme from the LEP

The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) will launch its new Business Start-Up programme on Wednesday, 3 November.

The event will feature contributions from Tracy Brabin, West Yorkshire Mayor; Sir Roger Marsh, Chair of the LEP and NP11; and Kamran Rashid, LEP Board Member and CEO of Impact Hub Bradford.

The programme aims to nurture entrepreneurial talent within schools; to promote business start-up to underrepresented groups; and help to maximise the success of new enterprises. Book your place at the virtual launch.

The LEP will be working with GHWY to coordinate an opportunity for HE providers to meet with the organisation leading on the pre-start up strand.  This will be an opportunity to explore how this may complement support offered by providers and benefit regional students and graduates.
