GHWY CPD – Spotlight on Foundation Years and Access to HE courses

This webinar was designed for teachers, advisers, and professionals supporting learners aged 18+ in their transition into higher education (HE). It explored key progression routes available through further and higher education (FE/HE) for those who may need additional time, support, UCAS points, skills development, or a subject change before progressing into HE.
James Bairstow (HE Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer, Bradford College) and Caroline Priestley (Senior Outreach and Recruitment Officer, University of Bradford) provided in-depth insights into the benefits of Access to HE courses.
John Lees (External Liaison Officer, Lifelong Learning Centre, University of Leeds) delivered a focused overview of Foundation Year courses.
