This session is aimed at practitioners who support and work with learners with a disability or additional needs. Please join us for an inspirational session focusing on increasing the confidence of students who may have additional needs when progressing into further/higher education and employment.

We are delighted to announce our guest speaker, Elizabeth Wright, talking about her own experiences in education and her journey into the Paralympics. This session has been designed to break down the barriers for SEND/Disabled learners as they progress in education to achieve their goals, raising awareness towards the support available.

We will also aim to provide support for those working closely with disabled learners by signposting to key resources and providing further information around terminology in order to create a better understanding in order to reduce the stigma around disabled learners.

Please access the materials and resources for this session within the ‘materials’ tab above.
